WAY BACK WHEN, Adam and Helix started out as Star Wars characters. I still sorely miss when Helix was blue.
Let’s play god.
I’m in a bad spot right now, so I decided to try drawing something moody to relieve stress. It’s not normally something I do, but it felt pretty nice and I like this little portrait. It’s pretty different from my usual tone.
Gift Art for Bottleshark, with her webcomic characters, Helix and Adam!
Read their adventures HERE!
yay for silly pattern overlays!
I think Helix should read Adam The Adventures Of Pinocchio, for reasons.
THIS IS SO AMAZING AHHH THEY’RE PRECIOUS. I adore it. Thank you so much, I can’t stop staring or making dumb noises at it. It’s so lovely and perfect. ;A; THANK YOU THANK YOU.
Green Lion/Bioshock crossover, because I adore Bioshock. Unfortunately, Adam and Helix would be pretty boned in this setting.

Who could I be drawing?
Hint: he has a sexy homunculus for a bestie
omggggggggggggggggg I’m going to die, it’s so cute. He looks so adorable. You’re amazing. My heart is a-flutter. +_+
I keep shifting coloring styles. Green Lion is just one big experiment with my style. 8(
Morning reblog. c:
Doing some practice here.
The topmost one is a freehand sketch I did several days ago, didn’t like, and abandoned. I decided for comparison, I’d add a bunch of sketches using some Loomis tutorials I was going over again. It makes everything a lot tighter, even if it doesn’t change a ton.
Helix takes a little more with this method since I need to push and pull his proportions for that long nose and skinny jaw. Adam, on the other hand, is just Generic McHandsome so I can basically just plug his features in and bam there you go.
